A signature block is an image of your signature that has been uploaded for future use by the subscriber and/or private investigator. It is used on affidavits of service, P.I. reports and enables the user to submit a signed electronic version of the affidavit of service or P.I. report directly to a client via e-mail attachment.

You get an unlimited amount of signatures for your signature block. These are included with your subscription.

The data is uploaded instantaneously. There is no wait time and the data can be modified by the subscriber at any time during their subscription period.

During the registration process you will be able to create a username and password to be utilized as your log-in credentials. It is your responsibility to secure such passwords and account information. My Private Eye® does strive to protect your data and we use security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. To illustrate, we store the personal information you provide on computer systems which are in controlled facilities. The number of employees that have physical access to these computer systems is limited. When we transmit highly confidential information (such as credit card number or password) via the internet, we protect it through the usage of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.

After an account is terminated, the data is stored on our server(s) for a period of (30) thirty days. This gives the subscriber an opportunity to activate the account again and retrieve the data.

Yes. A subscriber at any level has the option of uploading customized logos to their version of My Private Eye®. However, there are size restrictions in place.
